Hello, we are selling our 2008 Sandpiper 301BH. The outside graphics are not great, we have removed some. The awning is gone as it was destroyed in a storm years ago. The permanent awning in the photos will not be with the camper. The inside is in very nice condition and everything works as it should. No roof leaks, any any issues that ever happened were repaired by an RV technician. This camper still books at around $18,000 through NADA but we are wanting to sell this quickly so the pricing reflects that. The buyer will be responsible for removal of the camper from the current location which is a campground and Indian Lake Ohio.
