1997 Pleasureway Excel TW with ~107,000 miles. Dodge ram 3500 chassis with a 5.9l 360 engine gets around ~16 mpg. Pleasureway is a Canadian company with a higher quality build than most other class B RVs. The van is well insulated and well built with no rattles while driving. Wide body design allows for twin beds in the rear that also convert into a king size bed, which is how we leave it most of the time. Fully enclosed bath with toilet, sink, and shower, although we primarily use outdoor shower head for comfort/convenience. Two burner propane stove, hot water heater, furnace, roof a/c, exhaust fan, fridge, awning all work well. Brand new house battery. The RV is wired for an Onan generator, but it had been removed before we bought it. We also took out the microwave for extra storage (and since we are usually off-grid) but that could easily be added back. There is ample storage throughout, and the rear door opens fully to access trunk storage. Front seats swivel around and a small round bistro table can be quickly assembled for two person dining area, or the back sleeping area can be set up as a bigger dinette with ample seating for 6. Hitch receiver and adjustable air shocks were added by previous owner in 2018, and we updated the floor tiles and bathroom wall tiles last summer. Desirable white interior makes the space feel big and bright. Original upholstery is in fantastic condition, while cabinet doors do show some light wear and tear. Zero water damage or leaks inside, nonsmoking owners, did have dogs but thoroughly cleaned out the interior. The van runs well with no check engine light, although the break/ABS and airbag lights have been on and off intermittently since before we bought it (multiple mechanics have checked it out and said nothing to worry about). Regularly maintained with all service records, and garage kept from November - March. Only selling because we are having a baby and there are only 2 seatbelts - planning to upgrade to a larger Class B next year.
