"She" is in very good condition. I've lived in her for 4 years now and taken excellent care. All Maintenance and Service records available for review since I bought her back in 2018. Have traveled back and forth from WI to Lake Havasu, AZ since 2018. The Ford Triton V10 is a beast and just keeps truckin' along. Towing capability, which I have not used, is 3,500 pounds. Direct TV satellite dish installed (2018). Brite Works roof treatment (Camping World-2018). New Water Heater (2019). New Awning (2020). New Michelin (4) Rear tires (2019). New Power Controller (Coach Battery Charging-2021). Plumbing upgrade bathroom and kitchen (2021). Both Windshield Panes replace (2022). When things needed fixing I made sure to "do it the right way". She's my home after all :)
