This RV is well maintained and has many upgrades. We used it to go out West 3 times (and other smaller trips) when we were raising the kids. Nothing was more fun the a road trip were the kids could lay around, use the restroom, and visit the refrigerator. Everything works on the motorhome and the bigger things we have specifically done to make it nicer are: 1) The awning is new and is the variety with the aluminum guard. 2) The toilet is porcelain and has the foot flush pedal. 3) We tiled the floor around the toilet, but did NOT re-tile over the original main floor. 4) The roof was recoated and sealed in 2018. 5) I added a backup camera the is controlled by a switch on the dash so that it can be used at will. 6) The motorhome comes with all needed accessories like the sewage hoses, freshwater hose, cable, electric adapters, tools, extras, fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, flatware, bedding, and anything else needed for a first trip. Every owner will have a different set of things they'd like to upgrade/fix. If I were to keep this motorhome here is my personal list: 1) Fix cruise control which stopped working in 2021. 2) Upgrade more window treatments since the stock windows do not hold well over time. 3) New floors. 4) New tires. The current tires are not worn, but they are about 7 years old. 5) Work on all underneath compartments to make sure each have a new water seal, and maybe new locks.
