This trailer still smells new inside! Purchased in May 2020. I lived in it full time (non-smoker) for about 8 months and it has been sitting unused since. I do run the a/c during the summer even though it is unoccupied. The tires have no more than 500 miles on them and I have kept covers on them while parked. Comes with some really nice extras! Stacked washer/dryer ($1500 value) Blue ox tow bar ($1200 value) Keyless entry locks (with remote) on both doors Wi-Fi enabled thermostat I'll leave the kitchen cart in the photo if buyer wants it. I had the extra sofa removed because I needed the storage for full-time living. The only things not included are the mattress and TV. About the only thing this trailer needs is a good bath. It is very roomy and yet cozy at the same time. The front kitchen with windshield type window is just amazing! It is what sold me on this floorplan. I was able to work full time in this trailer during the pandemic. The electric fireplace adds a nice ambiance and heats well in the winter. Awning is operational and in good shape and I'll also include a drop shade that helps when the sun is low in the sky. I truly love this trailer and I almost hate to sell it, but I just don't need it anymore. I'd rather it go to someone who will get lots of use out of it and love it as much as I do.
