Well cared for, lower mileage, reliable V10 Gasoline powered. 4Kw Oman on board generator. Upgraded anti-sway bars front and rear (double bar in rear). Added steering stabilizer. Brand new shocks. All make it drive way better than most Ford chassis class A’s!  Always maintained (oil changes, etc.) per owner’s manual.  Brand new (May 2022) engine battery.  Brand New set of front tires installed June 2022 (due to a MI pot hole :-)

Three TV’s (front, bedroom and near bunkhouse). 3-burner stove with oven. Gas water heater.  Full body paint. Lots of storage. 

Front power drop down loft bunk (queen size), Queen size in rear bedroom. Two twin bunks that fold away to become second dinette (works nice as an office).  Jackknife sofa and fold down kitchen table. Sleeps up to 11 (8 comfortably). 

New front Tires, rear tires in good condition. power cord, and plumbing all in excellent shape. There are a couple small scratches on the exterior, but all are barely visible. Interior in great shape. Driver armrest showing slight aging, and there’s a few minor spots on the carpet (May be able to be extracted); but overall she’s a beauty!

We’ve loved this RV for the past 6 years and are just looking to upgrade to a bigger diesel powered RV
