This RV has been well maintained and was recently thoroughly checked over at the Winnebago factory Service Center in Forest City, Iowa. Reason for Selling: we are the second owner of this motorhome. We are no longer RVing. All 6 tires were replaced with top of the line Michelin 235/80R 22.5G XRV tires in 2018. Sumo Springs were installed in Fall 2018. The engine oil has been changed regularly (100% synthetic). Engine coolant was flushed and replaced in Fall 2021. Two rooftop heat pumps provide heating and cooling and there is a gas furnace for very cold days. There is solid hardwood cabinetry throughout. Two very handy slide-out pantries are located near the refrigerator. There are two 32” Samsung LCD TVs (one in main salon, one exterior), One smaller LCD TV in bedroom. A Samsung entertainment system is located in the main salon with DVD player.
