Make an offer. We already purchased our replacement fifth wheel! We bought this awesome setup to give RVing a try and realized we absolutely love it. We were going to keep this setup for a few more years to do short trips but now it’s time to upgrade to a full time Fifth Wheel and spend the majority of the year on the road. 

This setup has been meticulously maintained and the interior is in excellent/like new condition. All preventative maintenance routinely completed. Recently just invested $2k in a new upgraded awning, new upgraded house batteries, waterline upgrades, new anode rod in water heater, propane line upgrade, and both propane tanks recertified (good for 10 years) and filled, slide serviced, everything in great shape. The AC works amazing, heater is scorching hot, and the water heater cranks. This rig is in outstanding shape. We also had all the windows ceramic tinted which helps regulate the interior temperature and keeps it nice inside. We deep clean after every trip

Dinettes turns into a bed, fold out couch with an upgraded aerobed, bunks in the back and a queen bed in the room. 

With the right price we will sell the setup completely stoked with all pots, pans, plates, power cords, new sewer hookups, water hoses, jacks, leveling blocks, etc.
