2016 Coachmen Chaparral 29BHS 5th wheel. 36' overall and 11,500 GVWR. This is a great unit for a family with lots of room for storage. The three slide outs make very spacious living areas with room to move around. The kitchen features an island, double kitchen sink, a spacious pantry, three burner stove top and oven along with a good sized refrigerator / freezer. Both the fridge and water heater systems run on gas or electric depending on the electrical services available (30 or 50 amp capable). Dinette and sofa convert to beds if needed. There are two flat screen TV's and a connection for a third in the bunk house. There is bright LED lighting throughout. The heating and air conditioning systems ensure that you can comfortably camp in warm or cold weather year around. The bathroom has entry doors from both the master suite and main living areas. There is plenty of space for hang up clothing and folded items in the closets and under the beds. Outside there are two main storage areas for lawn chairs, ice chests, tools, accessories, etc. Other external features include outdoor speakers, retractable awning and outdoor kitchen with a small sink, refrigerator and gas grill. It also has two 12V batteries and two 30lb propane tanks. With its tighter turning radius design its pretty easy to maneuver and its lite weight makes it easy to tow and stop. We bought it new in 2016 and its been great for road trips, short term and long term trips. Its even been good for an extra guest room at times. There are a few very minor issues that can be pointed out to the buyer upon walk around.
