The 31UL is a popular floor plan, and for a reason. The opposing slides up front make for a large living area. Importantly, it’s great for groups of people being able to sit in a conversation area.
These gas Class A’s are VERY noisy to drive. We chose to remove the carpet and put down “Dynamat” sound insulation under the cab floor and doghouse, covering with black automotive carpet. It’s made a huge difference! Also added safety steer on the front axle and rear sumo springs, greatly improving handling. Brand new Michelins (6) in 2021. We removed the dinette and use a Queen size air mattress in that space for guests. Plastic Kitchen backsplash was replaced with stone, and recliners are immensely more comfortable than the original love seat sofa.
In the bathroom and shower we put up new wallpaper, hooks and pegboard on the wall, all of which are quite handy.
