Jayco Altante 27A with $5000 in upgrades and in perfect condition! We purchased it new did one cross country round trip last summer with our two children. With heavy hearts we have decided to sell it to someone who will be able to use it more. I cannot tell you how much we love this RV and you will too! Koni shocks, sumo springs, SafeT Plus sway bar, TPMS for all tires, upgraded Michelin XZE tires, alignment, spare tire (most RVs do not have one), J Ride upgraded suspension package. It handles like a large SUV. Extended tire valves for easy fill. All spark plug wires replaced and upgraded, so you will not have the traditional spark plug wire problem stranding you in the middle of nowhere. The engine cover is insulated with aftermarket heat and sound dampening protection making the cab cool and very quiet. Aftermarket catalytic converter significantly reducing the risk of theft. Tow package installed. Can tow up to 5,000 lbs. We did a major shake down and have had all small items repaired. This comes to you extremely clean. Only current defect is a small crack in the bottom left windshield and a small rock chip. Oil and air filters just changed at 10,000. 225 hours on the generator, oil changed in the gen every 25 hours. 30 AMP. Dual airconditioners. Great furnace. Immaculate interior. Bunk bed with autotrack system over cab, auto-leveling system, electric and gas tank water heaters, outdoor TV and stereo system, cable and antenae TV, interior retractable TV. Side mirror and rear view cameras. Blue tooth system. Tons of interior storage space (enough for a family of four and a dog with left over space). The king bed is very comfortable, the couch pulls out into a double bed, the dinette makes a double bed and the bunk bed over the cab is a double bed sleeping 8 adults. Large exterior bottom bins. 6 gal hot water heater; enough for three showers and the propane hot water heater can heat the tank in approximately 7 minutes. Someone 6'7" can stand straight in the shower. Black, gray and fresh water hoses, electrical hoses, blue ox towbar, drop hitch and patriot braking system included.
