This is a beautiful motorhome with an exceptional interior. There are two leather sofas, one is a queen sleeper and the other is a jackknife sleeper. Power adjustable leather front seats with passenger seat power foot rest. There is a dry sauna in the half bath, and a full bath with washer and dryer off of the bedroom. Plenty of hardwood cabinets and closets. The kitchen has Corrian counter top with a trash bin opening in the countertop with outside access to empty the trash. The large slide out has a new awning. There is a crank out awning over the door and a power awning for patio shade. There is a rear camera, and radio/CD player with surround sound. There are two TV's with a DVD player (the TV in the bedroom picture is missing and will be replaced with a new one). The refrigerator will run off of propane or electric. It has a Detroit Diesel MBE 900 engine and Allison transmission. There are 3 air conditioners. Plenty of under carriage storage. The gray water tank is 75 gallon and the black water tank is 75 gallon capacity. Propane tank is 27 gallon capacity. Fuel capacity is 100 gallons. Hot water tank is 10 gallon. We are including a BlackHawk tow bar that has only been used once. We are selling this motorhome only because we want to switch to a fifth wheel with a different layout.
