. THE EMBER RV OVERLAND SERIES travel trailers are Ember RV's concept of the ultimate off-road camper. With roots that are deeply embedded in the best of RV-building in America, they have looked to Australia and Europe for inspiration and reimagined what an RV can be — and where it can go — and they have nailed it! The 23-foot Overland Series 191MBD bunkhouse includes one slide and sleeps five to eight — a feat rarely if ever duplicated in off-road campers. Much of the uniqueness of the Ember Overland Series is centered on its construction. Hidden from view is the off-road tube steel frame and an independent suspension created by Curt. The vehicle features composite materials, rather than wood, throughout. It sports European dual-pane acrylic windows with integrated shades and the "Stargazer" skylight over the bed.

Chassis

The Overland Series chassis — designed specifically for Ember by Lippert — is unique in the RV industry. It is constructed of heavy-duty reinforced steel tubing instead of a traditional I-beam frame, creating additional torsional stability for improved off-road performance and durability.

Quick Drop Stabilizer

The Lippert "Quick Drop" Stabilizer used on the Overland Series can be extended and retracted with a power drill in less than five seconds and forms a strong, triangular shape. The legs are adjustable to cope with uneven terrain.

Parking Brake

Ember integrated an all-new, lockable parking brake into the Overland. Simply pull the hand brake tight to the tire, lock it in, and your Ember isn't going anywhere.

Electric HD Flat Jack

For the tongue jack, Lippert's heavy-duty front flat jack was the choice, which has been placed below the A-frame, making room for more gear. The flat jack extends and retracts with the push of a button and offers real stability because of its triangular design and larger footpad.

Versa-Coupler Hitching System

Ember's new fully-adjustable Versa-Coupler hitching system is built right into the Overland chassis and matches up to a wider variety of tow vehicles without the need for additional hitching gear. The system also allows owners to easily add aftermarket upgrades like an articulating hitch.

Curt Trailing Arm Independent Suspension

The Overland reinforces its chassis design by providing the most superior ride on the road today, integrating the all-new Curt Independent Suspension (IS) System. The CURT IS adapts to and absorbs every last bump, pothole, and vibration that the road throws at it so the chassis doesn't. The axle-free design features cushioning coil springs and road dampening shocks that provide a smoother ride than traditional spring axles and perform better than expensive torsion axles. The CURT IS also features forward self-adjusting brakes, giving owners the peace of mind they need during emergency stops.
