This RV is in great shape. It looks great, runs great and you will even sleep great in this low mileage (12,215 miles) rig that has many upgrades. I am the third owner. No pets or smoking in the rig. The following items have been replaced or installed new within the last year and a half:

The mattress and couch were replaced within the last year and a half. The tires have about 3700 miles on them. Maintenance on the engine (V10 Ford) and the Onan 5500 generator was completed in Oct 2020.The driver and passenger seats were reupholstered in Sept 2021 due to the Flexsteel leather peeling issue. The bench seats for the table were removed due to the peeling so the previous owner replaced them with two chairs. The roof was sealed with Dicor EPDM rubber roofing coating system Oct 2021.
This coach has a full body paint job and plenty of overhead cabinets throughout this model.
