I purchased this rig in 2017, so I could spend my winters in southern Mexico. I went through the whole coach and replaced or updated everything I deemed necessary for a 6K mile round trip. This coach is mechanically sound. As you know with any RV 15 yrs old, it's in need some new parts. New tires in 2017, replaced rear AC unit in 2018. Replaced radiator and transmission cooler in 2019. Also if you you've been looking at a Monaco, you'll know about the clear stone cover on the fronts that failed, that's been removed. The Norcold refrigerator was replaced last fall. I towed a full size pick up and will include the Roadmaster towing package. This coach has less than usual wear and tear, she's not perfect, but it'll take you anywhere you want go.
