We are selling due to moving across the country and do not want to take with us. We have loved our experiences in this trailer, but it truly is a desert machine, and belongs here in SoCal. Completely renovated, all decorations included.

-2x 6V batteries wired in sequence for 12V system (230amp/hrs) with Camco Box and disconnect switch
-All holding / water tanks are cleaned and empty, no leaks. Replaced all valves for grey and black water. All fittings on freshwater tanks replaced. New water pump as well.
-4 x new tires with approximately 600 miles
-4 x new trailer brake magnets, re wired brakes from 7 pin to junction box, then individual wires to magnets with 10 AWG wire (huge improvement for brake power and creates redundancy in the event a wire was compromised, SAFETY FIRST!), and brakes adjusted properly.
-New 7 pin connector and junction box
-Garage space lined with E-Track for multiple connection points
-New hot water heater circuit board, electric heating element, and propane ignitor. Tank recently cleaned and flushed.
-New power inverter
-All interior lights converted to LED
-Rhino lined roof (best roof sealant money can buy) Absolutely NO LEAKS!
-New city water connection
-New Bluetooth Radio Din w/ indoor and outdoor speakers and wired amp
