Great motorhome. Selling to spend more time in Costa Rica. we don't want to keep it if we don't use it.

Just got the oil changed in the engine and generator. Mechanic said both are in excellent shape and leak free.

The 2022 preventative maintenance on all coach systems was recently completed as well as the 22 state inspection.

We love the opposing slides in the living area. Tons of room to relax. It has 3 slides with a queen bed and a couch with an inflatable mattress in great condition as well as the bunk bed over the drivers compartment. The primary TV is hidden in the buffet. Dining area has an expandable table with four chairs for dining.We added three solar panels with an inverter and a Tireminder tire monitoring system that works with my iPhone. We also added a steering stabilizer and the 5star tuner. The batteries were replaced in 2021. The tires are kept under covers when parked more than one night.It has a blue Ox tow system for our 2009 CRV. (Available if interested)Both ACs work really well and it has a heat pump with gas back-up for those extra cold nights. The system kept the tanks from freezing at 14 degrees in the Grand Canyon. All the awnings are in good shape and the main is 17' across and always pulled in during periods of high wind.
