This is a good size trailer for a couple looking for something large enough for extended stays but light enough to be towed by a properly equipped half ton Pickup. The trailer is in good condition with many extras. All appliances and accessories are in good working order and we have added several thousand of dollars in upgrades and accessories. Some of the upgrades include: Equilizer weight distributing hitch, back up camera, power monitor, electric heaters in the main room and in the bedroom, larger tv, Blu-ray player, sound bar, bedroom tv, multi-speed bath fan, larger bathroom sink and faucet, and additional shelving and coat hooks. The tires were replaced a year and a half ago, the battery and tongue jack were replaced several months ago. We will include all cookware, utensils, etc. as well as a 45 gallon portable holding tank and various blocks, tools, etc. necessary for camping.
