Diesel pushers last about 500k miles. This does have the 'notorious' Alfa Pox.

The ceiling does look like a little water got through for the previous owner in a couple spots but had been fixed quickly and we have had no issues. It does have staining on the ceiling from that leakage, but I didn't worry as we haven't had any leaking issues and didn't care to clean out the stains. I would recommend a new roof in time being that it is 17 years old.

Did have a tire blow out that cracked fiberglass right in front of it. It has been fixed.
