Very clean with lots of upgrades, Sleeps 5+, 3 on couches, 2 on Queen, which is above the couch (motorized to drop from the ceiling above couches), which gives a lot more floor space when Queen bed is raised up, back up cameras, bugle horns, new side awning, new batteries, new tires 2021, new commode, chrome wheels, new TV antenna, satellite dish on the roof, converter, inverter, heat pump, furnace, awnings tow hitch, Insignia flat-screen TV, custom speakers throughout, new radio, 3 burner stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, large bathroom with shower that fits a large man, with enough hot water to take a decent shower. lots of storage space inside and underneath the coach. all storage has great locking devices and all work properly.
