Description

This 2021 Solitude 3740 BHR has been our home for the last year as we travelled the country. My wife, son and I extremely enjoyed living in this unit and have made great memories. Son is about to start school and we have found a place to call our new home, so we are looking to sell our loved RV. This unit has room to sleep 7 with a huge bunk house that has bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There is a half bath in that bunk room with storage for towels and such. Living room has theater seating for two, which faces tv on wall above fireplace. A table that faces out grand design’s huge windows. ample storage in the kitchen and a pantry. This unit has a residential fridge with ice maker which we really enjoyed having for the capacity. The master has washer and dryer hookups in the master closet, and it also has a king size bed with storage underneath. This unit has a 13k btu ac in bunk room, 13k btu ac in master and the upgraded 15k btu ac with heat pump in the living room. living in this unit for a year allowed us to work out all manufacturer issues which was very minor. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with beverage cooler, grill, sink and storage. The front storage bay is heated and passes through to the wet bay side. There is a Onan 5500 LP generator which runs off propane instead of gas or diesel and is also not as loud. I also upgraded to have slide toppers put on all 4 slide outs which is nice during rain and if you park under trees. There is very little wear on a few areas, and I have shown those items in the pictures. I have also modified the master closet to have pull out baskets instead of shelves. We did this because every time we arrived at campground on a travel day most items would have fallen off shelves or hangers. This is by far a better solution to the oem design in my opinion. I have also installed in Jan 2022 - 2 brand new battle born lithium batteries to replace the horrible oem house batteries. These lithium batteries are 100-amp hr each for a total of 200-amp hrs. Good start to a solar install.
Fresh Water is 91 Gallons
Two Grey tanks at 53 gallons each (106 Total)
Two Black tanks at 53 gallons each (106 Total)
****I will consider Delivering the unit in the US if acceptable offer is agreed on and sale is final*****
