Ready to go for a trip! Chevrolet chassis in an excellent condition and well maintained, good tires and the new battery. RV has hot water, sewer, gas stove, gas/electric refrigerator, AC, generator. Sleeps a family of 5-6 (depending on ages). There is queen bed on the back, another bunk bed is above the driver (just 3 in smaller than queen) and a smaller size retractable sofa (can sleep 1 or 2 kids if small). The battery on chasis is new (Jun/2021), tires are relatively new and can go another 20-30K miles, the roof got re-sealed recently (fall 2021), no issues with plumbing - all maintained well.
