Bought new at Demontrond RV in Houston. The perfect design for a couple, plus we have had all 3 grandkids with us at times! We wanted a trailer small and light enough that we could comfortably pull it with a car.

Full bathroom, dinette, and kitchen. A sofa during the day and at night, a Queen murphy bed.

Dinette - has an oversize (5 ft) picture window - excellent views, seats 4, and converts to sleep 2. Storage space underneath benches.

Kitchen - BIG refrigerator/freezer (works on propane or electricity), microwave oven , 2-burner propane cooktop, and a farmhouse sink (most trailers have sinks so small, you can’t fit a plate in them).

Internet - I have to work from the trailer when traveling. Installed a Pepwave MAX BR1 cellular router and a Poynting 5in1 RV roof antenna. These and a cellular data plan, I am able to hold Zoom meetings anywhere I have cell service.
