I had vinyl decals removed. Great storage underneath. We have used this RV for desert and beach camping. My daughter and I have been using this by ourselves for a few years, and we have enjoyed making great memories in it. I love that the RV isn't too long to maneuver on my own, and the back slides out once we've parked at our campground. The master bedroom has a door to close for privacy, but also the shower and bathroom are separate from each other and can be blocked with a curtain from the master bed. I also love that the kitchen has an L shaped counter, which keeps it from being a thoroughfare while cooking. It has been very comfortable for us. Title is at bank.
