Includes everything you need to hit the road today including weight distribution hitch, heated hose, extra hoses, surge protector, Wi-Fi booster, black water hose, portable holding tank, chocks, leveling blocks, and probably something I’m forgetting. Includes a two month old residential full size queen mattress that is very cozy. We also added a foam topper to the bottom bunk and the queen. Just winterized. Love this camper to death, but we moved to the area we love and we don’t foresee using it much. We would hate to see it sit in storage. Perfect for a small family or couple.
