Purchased new . Very light use and like new condition. Upgrades include shower surround, power hitch jack, roller shower door, weight distribution hitch and sway bar,tv,blackstone grill. Light weight and easy to tow. I towed it with a chev colorado v6 . We have used it on 4 vacations over the course of 2 years staying one week at a time with just my wife and myself. No pets have ever been in the trailer.
