SALE PENDING. Overall condition is good, a little wear & tear from grandkids & the road. Most importantly, everything works. We have a warranty for the house portion & for the wheels/tires that is in effect through 2024 & is transferable. We just put new Michelin Agilis tires on & replaced vehicle & house batteries. If desired, we'll throw in all camping gear, sleeping bags fold/extend ladder, etc. I'll provide more photos/videos & info in the coming weeks.
