Beautiful RESIDENTIAL model 5th wheel (Reese Goosebox Gooseneck included) from Grand Design. Purchased April of 2021 and used 4 times. Never lived in. I spent several months researching and waiting for this excellent RV and everywhere I go everyone is impressed by it. It has a couple months left of warranty so it will be in excellent working condition. Very clean and virtually brand new. Roof scrubbed, RV washed and Waxed - Jan'22. Honestly selling because it is too big for me. Description: You walk in to the open living area that has a tri-fold sofa, theater seating with power recliners, fireplace and 4k smart TV. The kitchen area has real chairs, full pantry, island and a desk area. The refrigerator is a Samsung residential double door with bottom freezer inverter model (I loved it so much I bought one for the house), and a stainless residential oven and stove top. Full size microwave and large residential undermount sink with pull out sprayer faucet. The bedroom has an RV King bed and is prepped for Washer/Dryer. There is congoleum flooring thru out. The underbelly is enclosed and there are tank heaters. There is a large pass thru storage compartment big enough to sleep in that also has heat vents. The windows have roller shades and are frame less.This model came out in 2021 and the 2022 is identical as far as I can tell. The options it has are:- Residential Living Package- Peach of Mind Package- 18 Cubic Foot Refrigerator- TV Bedroom- Electric Fireplace- 12v Tank Heaters- 6 point Hydraulic Leveling System- King Bed- Cooper H Rated Tires -- Some pictures are from when new but it's hard to tell which are which since the RV is basically unused.
