Great for a couple or small family. This popular model is no long manufactured by Grand Design, this is your chance to score one that smells like new! No smokers, no pets. It has been a perfect trailer for us, however we have started not to use it as much so it is time to let it go. It performed beautifully last year when we went to Oregon for three weeks. Used for a total of 7000 miles thus far.
We have a great maintenance history with the documentation. Just back from the dealer, roof preventive maintenance done, propane regulator recall taken care of and new water pump installed. Grand Design has an excellent record of customer service. Goodyear endurance tires were placed last year they have about 2000 miles on them at this point.
Comes with everything you need to get on the road except the tow vehicle. Special adds TPS system(not installed yet), Garmin GPS navigation unit, foam topper on the mattress, observation camera, battery charger, small vacuum and Equalizer weight distribution hitch.
Interior like new, it has been stored outside so there is some fading and surface blemishes associated with being in the sun.

Towed with a Chevy Tahoe (tow package) with no issues. Title in hand, free and clear.
