This lightweight unit has been kept in very nice condition. It was barely used before we purchased it. We love this trailer, but need bunk beds for our kids. It has TONS of storage. It is a wider bodies style, so it feels super spacious even without a slide. All systems are in working order. Brand new awning, exterior seals were done in December 2020 ($1000), wheel bearings cleaned and packed in November 2020 (hasn't been used since). New stairs glide out like butter. Tires and battery are newer as well (couple years). Upgraded to an electric jack on the front. It will need a new mattress, but it is a normal full size. So, you can get whatever mattress will work best for you. Otherwise, just load up your stuff and go. Price is below NADA average.
