Description

It’s with mixed emotions that my husband and I are listing our 2002 24’ rear bath Casual Elegance Born Free. The RV Specs and what it offers: 93k miles, Ford E-450 chassis, 210 hours on the generator, refrigerator runs on propane or AC, air conditioner and heater, gas stove, pull out drawers in kitchen, dual basin sink, outdoor and indoor shower, TV with built in DVD player, 6 gal hot water heater, two house batteries, cherry wood floors, solid wood cabinets, leather seats, pull out dinning table, porcelain toilet, 5,000lb tow capacity, 35 gal fresh water tank, 21 gal grey water tank, and 35 gal black water tank. Recent Maintenance: Refrigerator control board was replaced in November 2021, generator muffler was replaced in November 2021, full generator maintenance package done in November 2021, all windows and seems on the RV were sealed in March 2021, brakes and tires were replaced in 2020, truck AC was recharged in June 2021, truck battery was replaced in June 2021, both house batteries were replaced in May 2021, and transmission replaced in 2019. It's an incredibly well designed and comfortable RV. The seats are really soft and the giant jack-knife sofa is easy to pull out into a bed. The little reading lights in the living space make it feel so cozy. The kitchen is equipped with tons of storage. We love how the convection microwave gives us multiple cooking options and saves space. There is a really nice size closet for clothes or whatever you need, which is accessible from the doorway and the bathroom. The solid wood cabinets, leather chairs that swivel and recline, and the general aesthetic makes this RV feel very home-y. Also, it drives super quietly! I want to disclose that there is a small leak behind the driver’s seat where the wall meets the floor. We bought a cover for the RV that will be passed on to the new owners to keep it dry. We also made an appointment for a pressure test to determine the location of the leak. Please see photos for leak location. We take leaks very seriously! This rig has been incredibly well maintained and everything works great. We have a giant binder filled with service records and manuals for the next owners. I tried to get detailed photos, but please let me know if there is anything you’d like additional photos of or if you’d like a video tour. Showings are able to be scheduled weekdays after 6:00pm and on weekends in Port Orchard, WA.
