It's a new year, so its a great time to join the RV world!! Whether upgrading your trailer, or new to RVing altogether, this is a solid RV that should give years of enjoyment! This is our first RV, and have finally decided to upgrade based on our great adventures with this RV. This RV has low miles, and in excellent condition for a 2009- rare find! Lots of space for a family with 2-3 kids. Tons of outdoor storage for all your toys and essentials! We'll be sad to see this one go, as we've had it for 4 years and have made numerous trips to Disney's Ft. Wilderness and all up and down the TX coast.

Recently upgraded items: Flat screen TVs in living and bedroom; Cockpit stereo with navigation; Rear/side camera monitor; DVD player/screen in both bunks; Automatic Transfer Switch; Added GFI breaker upstream of ATS; All chassis and house batteries (March 2021)

In full disclosure- minor items not fixed: Cockpit heater (I'm in TX- never needed, so assume to be a control issue as A/C works great- cabin furnace works fine); Original Passenger side hubcap missing (I have an aftermarket replacement); Rear ladder (haven't been able to locate a bottom step to repair, have all other hardware needed); Logo stickers are peeling on passenger side
