Everything works and is great shape the awning has a small hole on the right side and thats the only thing wrong I have abrand new dump tank that has never been used that goe with the sell as well. Eveything you need to get started capming includibg chauks Buy this and take off set up is very easy will even include new water hose it has been used one time. THese 221rbs are everywhere for sale for around 23000-25000. Make me an offer I will consider anything reasonable
