This toy hauler is in great shape and ready to roll! The entire roof was replaced January 2021 and 12 ply tires were put on in October of 2020. There are no soft spots anywhere in this Coach as it has been garaged kept when not enjoyed on the road. The 5500 watt Onan gen has only 575 hours and has been exercised regularly. Non smoker, all available lighting has been LED upgraded. Upgraded queen master bed is included. The two large electric awnings are in great shape. Both slides have slide toppers as well. The unit does feature two queen beds in the toy hauler area that raise up out the way until needed and a pull down screen in the back to further enjoy yourself when parked. Does come with an on-board fuel cell to keep those toys fueled up. Large storage tanks (fresh water, gray and black) are definitely a plus. Low retail of over 40K.
