Selling our 2017 Grand Designs 3150BH. Unit is in beautiful condition. Including hitch stabilizer system for towing it. The hitch by itself was about $800 new. Fully winterized but if your interested we can hook up water and show you everything works great. This camper has probably only been used 10 times. We purchased it brand new at Windish RV in Longmont Co. We installed a $1300.00 memory foam mattress in the main bedroom and it’s very comfortable and clean. Tires are in Excellent shape, Roof is also in great shape. For the first 3 years it was under a covered parking spot. Just the last year it’s been out at my in-laws home in Loveland Co where we would meet to show the unit. Has a 40” smart Samsung tv in the main area and a 50” Samsung tv with DVD player in the bunkhouse. Beautiful electric fireplace that can heat the main room perfect. Just UV coated the roof with a two step process. Everything on this trailer works perfect. Dual battery setup and the batteries are only 11 months old since I installed them. 4 brand new jacks the ones that came with it new where very flimsy. This unit is in great shape and you won’t find a cleaner 4 year old Grand Designs than this. Rv nada shows suggested list price at almost 42k average retail at 35K.
