We've kept it stored in our shop for the last few years. Prior to that we paid to keep it at a covered storage lot. Tires were replaced last year and are basically brand new. Upgraded the battery to size 31 this year, so it's also brand new. Added the cargo carrier on the back. Added the extra propane tank. No smells inside whatsoever. Everything works great, including fridge, radio, heater, A/C, water heater, stove, microwave, shower and toilet. Never had any repairs done to it. The awning fabric is torn and will need to be replaced. Been a great trailer but we are getting a horse trailer with living quarters.
