Single Owner. Purchased new in June 2020. This Sunseeker is built on the Ford E-450 platform. It has a fuel injected 6.8 litre V-10 engine which puts out 305 hp and 420 ft-lbs. torque. It has no problem going up even the steepest grades. It burns Regular low octane fuel, which will save you some money. It has a 55 gallon fuel tank, which also feeds the onboard generator. The water tank capacities are as follows: Fresh water – 44 gallons, Grey water – 39 gallons, Black water – 39 gallons. With 2 people, you can easily go 4 days without hookups. Everything you need for short or long term trips is included with this RV. The kitchen is completely stocked with Coffee maker, Toaster oven, Crock Pot, dishware, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, cutting boards, etc. . Also included is a Weber Q2200 grill with the built-in thermometer, and a Blackstone (Model 1814) 17” Tabletop Griddle. The Weber also has the custom fitted stand which can be wheeled around very easily. The Blackstone can be used to cook all kinds of things, but is especially great for making breakfast. Also included are: Zero gravity chairs, Ground cover mats, Folding tables, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, safety cones, safety triangles, 100+ piece tool kit, a 10' x 10' easy up, and much more. We have added a Tire Pressure Management System (TPMS) made by Minder Research. The unit we purchased (TM22142) is the i10 RV TPMS with 6 transmitters. It works really well, and is an important safety feature.
