2014 Thor Chateau Class C/ model 26A with,27 ft in length, 1slide-out (queen walk around bed), Ford E-350 chassis and Ford Triton V10 engine, optional equipment includes TV with DVD player on swivel, 3 burner range with oven ,rarely used,13,500 btu air conditioner has worked good for us never any problems, 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, auto transfer switch, automatic electric patio awning, back up camera with monitor. The unit has a 4000 Cummins Onan Micro quiet generator with 313 hours. I recently installed 3 Maxxair vent covers for extra protection. TV swivel mount in bedroom. Wired for cable. The engine battery and the 2 coach batteries were replaced in March. The tires are in excellent condition with low mileage. Refrigerator/Norcold mid size ,very clean, stays really cold/gas/electric (we keep it on full time). All upholstery is like new, adult use only, no kids. This unit is extremely clean and has been well maintained . Our rig has been kept on our property in an enclosed building.
