Love our little pop up, it has treated us well. Some minor modifications have been done, like adding a couple Usb outlets for charging phones while not connected to shore power. Have done other maintenance task, and it comes with a cover for the winter to keep it nice and dry. love that this model has plenty of storage, heated mattresses, and lots of sleeping areas. We have done yearly maintenance on it, and would love to see it go to someone who will really enjoy it like we have. Only one battery is included although we have a second that is dead if you want to take it for the discount on a new one.
Includes - Outdoor grill, attached awning with lights, wired in speaker system. It's been well taken care of this year with regreased bearings, and recaulking parts of the exterior.
