The RV is in excellent condition. It has a great bonus for a Toy Hauler. Across the back of the RV is a Sliding Glass Door so it can be used 12 months a year. It has a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There is a Queen size bed and a door from bedroom to bathroom. This is a great RV, tows easy, and sets up fast. The ramp can be used as a patio; place to enjoy for cook outs or relaxing in the sun. Heat, Air Conditioning, and stove are in excellent condition. You can move right in and enjoy.
