This 5th Wheel is in immaculate condition, it's never been lived in, never been on the beach, never smoked in, no pets and only used about 10 times. It has 2 AC's, 2 TV's one in the living area (55") and one in the bedroom (32") both also has DVD players also AM/Fm CD with Bluetooth stereo, it has an electric fireplace with heat and a fake flame. It has a leather couch sleeper and 2 leather electric recliners that also has heat and massage functions. It has a very large double door refrig and freezer, microwave/convection oven, 3 burner stove and oven, island double sink and large cabinets under sink, ceiling fan with light, lots of lighting throughout the coach and lots of cabinet storage. In the bedroom it has a King bed with storage underneath, large closets, separate closet for washer/dryer if desired but we just use it for an extra closet space, and a dresser. It has a large bathroom with a large shower, with a large amount of cabinet space in the bathroom, it has 2 gray water tanks one 45 gal for the sinks and a 70 gal for just the shower with a 50-gal black tank and 50-gal fresh water tank. On the outside it has lights on both sides and in the front, it's got a large electric awning with Led lights over the entryway, it has a very large underneath storage area in front of the unit that goes all the way through from side to side with lighting, it's got TV hook ups in the front storage area, it's wired for satellite dish. It's very easy to hook up to and disconnect from the truck because of the 6 point hydraulic Auto leveling system, the tires are like brand new very few miles on them, it has a spare underneath on a rail system that makes it easy to remove, it's got 3 slides 2 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom.
