This 2015 Gulf Stream Kingsport travel trailer needs a new home. The one slide expands out to enlarge the dining, kitchen and living areas; both the table and the couch make into a bed. The bench cushions and the couch have been professionally reupholstered with far superior material than the original! Under the benches are large storage areas. I have installed two new, upgraded tv’s in the master bedroom and in the living room. The entertainment center includes an AM/FM/DVD radio with surround sound. The kitchen has a solid countertop and a double sink. It has a 6-gallon water heater connected to a 51 gal. fresh water holding tank. The bar provides additional storage and has a bank of three drawers. There is a three-burner stove (shows no use), and a six cubic foot fridge. There is abundant pantry space for food storage, including space above the microwave. Additional storage space is available throughout the cabin. The kids will like the bunk beds. I have added a ladder for easier, safer access. The bathroom features a tub bath and shower arrangement, and the toilet is porcelain. This unit features a master bedroom with privacy doors, two wardrobes and storage cabinets above and below the bed. The bed has a new mattress, comforter and shams.

The trailer has a 120 volt, as well as a 12-volt, electrical system on a 30-amp breaker. There are external connections on the unit to attach cable service and an antenna for those times when cable services are not available. I have installed a new spare tire rack and tire on the back bumper, which is heavily reinforced to accommodate towing and/or an additional luggage rack on the back. There are storage compartments fore and aft to hold supplies, tools, etc. The front, fold-out awning is in great shape and the supports are extremely easy to operate. I installed two propane bottles and a new cover on the front and added a new battery that works the automatic jack and will operate the slide when the unit is not attached to electrical service. The roof is now in great shape!! There are some tiny hail dents on the exterior, some ladder marks on one side, a scrap along the upper back left side, and I have sealed the roof and made necessary repairs to old water damage.
