Description

This is a clean and very well maintained 2 owner motor home. I am including in the images the Winnebago listings of Standard Equipment and Optional Equipment rather than listing all that information here. All maintenance has been accomplished on or ahead of schedule. Maintenance records available for inspection. The recent emission recall work has been completed. The recall to replace rear wheel sensors is open. We have installed several expensive upgrades including Michelin Agilis Cross Climate tires (@19K miles), upgraded suspension with Hellwig Sway bar and rear Fox Shock Absorbers, replaced the fold out sofa with Lambright custom built recliners with 12v rechargeable power recline (we have the fold out sofa in storage), the original in dash radio/GPS replaced with a Kenwood DNX775RVS Gps / Nav System for RVs and Trucks (June 2021), replaced the original Coleman AC unit with a Houghton 15K Quiet AC with heat pump and remote control (Oct. 2021), the 3.6 Onan propane generator with 36.5 hrs was Onan dealer serviced in June 2021. Included with this unit at the asking price is a 2 year old Blue Ox tow bar and RVI Braking system we used towing our 2016 Subaru Forester (not included). A 30 amp Progressive EMS / Surge protection device is also included. This is a gently used and well maintained motor home. The previous owners were meticulous with cleaning and maintenance as we have been. The unit has never been smoked in. We have enjoyed the company of our Brittany dog during travels. The only evidence of her presence is the puppy teeth marks on the parking brake fold down lever. The most recent oil and filters change was less than 50 miles ago. My wife and I have enjoyed this motor home for 3 years and traveling approximately 26,000 miles. It is a convenient size traveling and accessing parking, smaller campsites, fewer stops at the fuel pumps. During our travels driving 65 mph or less we ranged 15 to 16.5 mpg and 12.5 to 14 towing the Subaru Forester. We have decided to opt for a larger 5th wheel unit to gain additional space at longer stay locations. This unit is ready for your gear and to travel.
