2014 Keystone Springdale M303MH with water damage. Sold AS IS.
This has been a great camper for us but unfortunately it developed a water leak that was unknown to us while it was in storage in 2020. We did not do any camping in 2020 due to Covid-19 so we didn't catch it before it was too late. We have been unable to find anyone locally that can do the repair work because they have so much work already. We are hoping to find someone with the skills needed to repair it and get it back on the road so it can make more memories with another family.
The water damage appears to have entered through the main slide and then found its way along the main part of the flooring. The slide floor is structurally sound but may need to be replaced anyway. There is a soft spot on the main floor in front of this slide, and in front of the rear slide where the water traveled to the back of the camper. There is no damage to the rear slide itself. You can see in the pictures where I removed the carpet on the main slide and the small strip where it enters the kitchen. Roof was replaced in 2019. The rest of the interior is in good shape with only minor wear from being used.
The awning and slides are in great working condition.
