Trailer is in great condition although It has two small cracks above slide out in the living area slides. I am willing to pay for upon purchase. I do not have a way to get the trailer to a body shop to have the repairs fixed prior to selling. Everything works as it should, large residential refrigerator, washer and dryer, 2 AC’s, king size Tulo Matress (medium firmness), enclosed and heated underbelly, added valve at sewer hookup for easier less messy drainage. Hydraulic auto level jacks. Literally just unhook the trailer, hit the auto level button, stand back and watch it level itself. Large storage area. I have used this trailer as my home away from home since new. This is the first winter i haven’t been in it. This would make an amazing temporary home for someone needing a place to stay while building or for someone just looking to downsize and live the mobile life out in the country. Asking 60k, I owe 59 and some change. Will negotiate for slide out crack repair mentioned above.
