Due to unforeseen health problems in the family, we reluctantly need to sell our beautiful like-new Jayco Alante 27A, that has only been used once for a 2-night trip so it only has 1100 miles approximately on it. This coach is built on the newest Ford chassis (F53) and has the 7.3L V8 gas engine. We love this floor plan on a Class A that is only 29’11” and we have upgraded with desirable features such as Modern Farmhouse cabinetry ($443), front overhead bunk ($2,243), Safety T Plus Touring System steering and Roadmaster Anti-Sway Rear Stabilizer Bar ($3,550), and Winegard 2.0+ ($596). And, although not an upgrade, we love the walk around king bed (70 x 74), large wardrobes, and the fact that Jayco has installed an Girard tankless hot water system that saves us almost $400 in yearly in maintenance. There is an impressive 120-inch panoramic windshield providing great views on the road and increased safety, plus there is a power front privacy shade. The impressive cockpit includes a Sony infotainment center with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as backup and side-view cameras. Other nice features are automatic hydraulic leveling jacks, lockable metal slam latches on all outside storage compartments, Dual A/C units (both 11,000 BTUs) with a power management system, a water filtration system, and a 1,000-watt inverter. There are no known recalls, as the “Ford Recall #21S17” has been addressed, plus our Alante has just had its after-sale alignment. The MSRP for a 2022 is $168,513, however there were no signaficant changes in 2022 (except the paint scheme), so the 2021 Jayco Alante 27A is essentially the same and we have just reduced the price to $110,000 (from $118,000).
