Driver's seat pedestal replaced. King Island Dream custom memory foam mattress, with bamboo cover. Kwicki Step assembly replaced. replaced factory transfer switch. replaced water pump. replaced power water, reel and hose. New 2800 watt inverter installed. front and back marker lights replaced. replaced black and grey slide valve assembly replaced. Aladdin computer joy stick. door swing arm assembly. Front / Furrion 15000 BTU air conditionerreplaced. air brake desiccant filter, 6 months ago. The Aqua Hot has been serviced every year, clean burner, jet and filter. The transmission filters have been changed 1 year ago. The Cumminss has been serviced every year, filters and full synthetic oil plus all fuel filters. New air filter. This includes full service of front generator. Front Cummins generator is 10000 watt and is on hydraulic slide out. The engine has no leaks and uses no oil! The Allison tranny and engine has a double exhaust brake, works great! It has three factory hydraulic stabilisers, plus ten air bags with self leveling, all works great! Everything on the RV works from the doorbell to the Kitchenaid two burner stove to the keyless entry pad! Steers and rides great going down the roadI also have all the original fancy pillow covers, shams and bedspread from the factory. Double pane windows, no fogging. This is how good a shape the engines are. I stayed here in Texas last winter, and even at 9 degrees both engines started and keep it at 72 degrees inside for 5 days! Great Aqua heat.
