40' American Tradition. I bought this RV 17 years ago in 2004 as the second owner. Our family enjoyed many vacations multiple times each year and I have cared for it diligently. Only reason for selling is that we finally upgraded to a larger/newer coach. New roof installed several years ago, generator rebuilt recently.
