The 13 ft garage provides the extra room needed to haul all your toys as well as provide extra storage. There is a 3rd AC for the garage so it easily converts to extra living space / bedroom. The Happi-Jac Bunk System w/ Folding Sofas have never been used! The LCI Patio Wall Armor for the rear wall allows easy access to the rear deck system which boasts a Rear Power Awning. There is a 5.5KW generator to handle the load. The tires are an upgrade to H-rated (not G-rated as in the factory specs).

Winter birds or weekend warriors alike will enjoy the huge 18 cubic ft refrigerator along with the free standing range/oven and full size microwave oven. The bed is KING SIZED for extra comfort. Ample storage is provided by the 2 closets and full size drawers as well as the overhead cabinets and under-bed space. Cleaning is made easy with the central vacuum system.This unit was only used 3 times, is just like new and always in the shed if not on the road. We have decided to go back to our previous hobby of trail riding with horses so we need a different kind of toy hauler! Motivated!
