This is a great family camper. We purchased it to get started camping again. My kids are older so it was great experiences camping but just a little small for four adults. This is perfect for a young family. Has a Murphy Bed that is also a sofa. Great for maximizing space. We used it 6 times in last two summers. It has two full size bunks that two adults sleep in comfortably. The Murphy bed is a queen. And plenty of room for two small children with table seating area converted to the bed. It has a rooftop AC unit that keeps you nice and cool on very warm nights. Used heater in late fall and worked great. It has a standup shower and toilet in a small bathroom but worked fine for us. Lots of storage with that allowed us to store everything we needed. It has two propain tanks so no worries about running low. There is a two burner stove and a microwave. Towing with a standard Ford F-150 and it was really smooth. Trailer is light so easy moving. I have the heavy duty trailer hitch with the weight distribution system and sway control. It really makes a huge difference in smooth traveling. Will include hitch and weight distribution and sway system. Paid $1800 for that all. This unit has a nice large awning that is electric. Really nice easy deploy and closing. We really fell in love with camping again after about 25 years since our last camping trip. We went to Dewey Beach and had a blast. Our favorite trip so far was to Watkins Glenn in New York. Hiked the Glenn and some other trails and it was such a great peaceful relaxing trip. We have two dogs and they just enjoyed the trips as much as us and just fit in the camper great. They now go crazy every time I go into the camper as they think we are going again. I used this during the pandemic as I had to travel to Virginia twice for work so I did not have to stay in a hotel. I loved it. My trailer, my space, safe and piece of mind. My wife and I wanted this to connect more with our kids and it is perfect. We love this camper and would keep it but we are going to get a bigger trailer so we can accommodate our adult children and future grandkids. We are now camping addicts. This camper is in excellent condition. Like New. I made sure to use the camper cover on it last winter to keep the roof from having standing water or snow cause any leaks. And to keep the outside finish from any sun damage during the winter. We hope you will love it as much as us..
